Gentle Flow Yoga

No matter if you are a beginner or an experienced yoga student, this class is for you. Learn the benefits of yoga, including basic postures, proper breathing and relaxation techniques.  This gentle class is for adults of any age who prefer a slower, more relaxed practice.  We focus on creating strength, flexibility and balance while learning to deal with the stresses of daily life. Learn to modify poses to fit where you are in your practice.

Move & Flow

This is a yoga class that moves a bit more than the regular Gentle Flow class.  We continue to focus on strength, flexibility and balance while adding a flow to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.  Modifications will be offered making this class accessible to all those who prefer a more gentle flow.

Movement and Meditation

Offered on Saturday mornings, this is a gentle flow class that incorporates a guided meditation.  A relaxing way to kick off the weekend.

Chair Yoga for the Young at Heart

As we age, the ups and downs of traditional yoga becomes challenging.

Through chair yoga, seniors or those with limited mobility can:

  • Improve posture, strength, range of motion and balance

  • Restore joint mobility and flexibility

  • Improve mental clarity and release stress

  • Increase lung capacity and respiratory health

  • Develop core strength

Candlelight Restorative Yoga

A meditative experience for the mind and body.  This 90-minute class for all levels is offered once a month.  Restorative Yoga begins with gentle movements to warm the body and calm the mind in preparation for supported poses.  Restorative poses utilize props that

support the body through extended poses, gently stretching and

releasing muscle tension. Class size is limited so preregistration

is required. Dates will be posted on the Home page.
